Troy Hill currently serves as the Director of the Water Division for EPA Region 6. He began his career with the agency in 1991, starting in the agency’s Water Quality program and then in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act permitting program. Over the years, Troy has taken on various roles within the Water Division, providing leadership in areas such as coastal and wetlands protection, wastewater permitting, and the administration of water grants and infrastructure funding. In other EPA leadership roles, Troy helped overseeing regional financial management, human resources, and administrative services. Troy holds a degree in civil engineering from Northern Arizona University and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.
