Janette Nunn is General Manager of Commercial, Shale and Tight Business, Chevron Corporation, a role she assumed in 2025. In this role she leads the team accountable for commercial execution and management of oil & gas gathering and processing, water supply & disposal and power supply across all Shale and Tight regions.
Prior to her current role, Janette served as General Manager of Permian Commercial and Value Chain Optimization, where she led value chain strategy development and commercial execution for Chevron’s Permian assets.
Previous roles have included Domestic Crude Trading Manager, Senior Project Manager in Global Value Chain Strategy, Commercial Operations Manager for the Permian Shale & Tight asset, Commercial Negotiator in Supply and Trading, and Commercial roles in LNG marketing, Wheatstone Commercial and multiple assignments in the Business & Commercial MBA Rotation Program.
Janette joined Chevron in 2008. She earned an MBA from the University of Michigan in 2008 and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2001. Prior to Chevron, she worked for Ford Motor Company as an engineer in various manufacturing and design engineering roles.
