Tokey Boswell is the Deputy State Director for Resources, Planning, and Lands in the BLM New Mexico State Office. High profile projects under his team's purview include the Carlsbad resource management plan, the withdrawal of lands around Chaco Canyon national historical park, and permitting ROWs for major transmission and pipelines. Prior to joining the BLM, Tokey spent 20 years with the National Park Service, focused on planning and infrastructure.
