Norely is the Unconventional Support and Services Manager at ExxonMobil, where she leads the integration of Operations Excellence across remote operations, production optimization, advanced technologies, digital strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, she oversees a multidisciplinary technical team and manages production allocation through Production Accounting.

Since joining ExxonMobil in 2002, Norely has held a variety of operations, technical, commercial and planning roles across the United States, Qatar, Australia, and Venezuela. Her career spans both Upstream and Product Solutions, where she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic insight. Prior to her current role, Norely served as the Permian Technical Manager, EMPS Planning & Optimization Manager, Operations Manager for Australia Offshore Operations, Qatar Joint Interest Manager, Board of director member for Qatargas-EM assets.

Norely holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Fermin Toro University in Venezuela and an MBA from Tulane University.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on her daughter at volleyball tournaments.
